  • Jesse Holden

I got into CrossFit back in 2012 with the main goals of getting jacked and growing a beard. As I began this journey, I quickly became obsessed. After five years of CrossFit, first as a casual gym goer progressing slowly to an amateur competitive athlete, I started my coaching career. Originally at CrossFit Humanity in San Diego, I began coaching large group classes full time, personal training individuals one on one, and running a free class for veterans. Since moving back to Redding, I have launched my own personal training business, become a licensed massage therapist and have continued growing my skill set as a coach at Northstate CrossFit and Gyms House. Fitness training has allowed me to realize the importance of self discipline and the benefit of putting yourself through intense struggle. I hope to continue sharing these life changing benefits with others.

Outside of the gym, she loves exploring the outdoors, traveling with her family, and learning new sports to understand what each athlete needs!
