Group Class

Group Class is offered 6 Days/Week in order to meet all the health and fitness needs of the average person. It is designed to spread workload across the entire body over the course of the week, ensuring that workouts won’t overload movement systems to keep joints healthy and happy while simultaneously addressing muscle imbalances and faulty movement patterns.
